Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. We accept return or exchange requests for online purchases only if the items have actual defects. Requests must be submitted within ten days of delivery confirmation. Geek Bar reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request.

Section 22 - Warranty Coverage Determination

To determine if your device is eligible for warranty coverage, we conduct a thorough troubleshooting process. This ensures that many common issues—often unrelated to faulty units—can be resolved quickly by our experts. Our process also aligns with guidelines established by our manufacturers and suppliers.

Exclusions:

• Clearance items

• Damage caused by improper use, water exposure, or wear and tear
• Use of damaged or unsuitable batteries

Coverage Includes:

• Devices that are Dead on Arrival (DOA)
• Screen malfunctions
• Chip issues, such as auto-firing or atomizer recognition problems
• Manufacturing defects
• Defective internal batteries (if applicable)

Sealed items in their original packaging may be eligible for store credit within 30 days of purchase. For certain products, we may request photos or videos to verify the issue before processing a replacement.

Exchanges:
Eligible items can be exchanged for a sealed product of the same SKU (if available), an item of equivalent value, or store credit in accordance with our warranty policy.
